CuddleCollect helps you see which UK shops have a new Jellycat in stock, and what each one asks. Find, Cuddle, Collect.
What we do
CuddleCollect is an independent, unofficial price and stock finder for new Jellycat soft toys in UK shops.
We look at the public product pages of UK shops that sell Jellycat and put what they show side by side: the style, the price and whether it's in stock. We list new toys only.
We don't sell toys. When you find the one you want, you go to the shop you choose and buy it there.
Where prices and stock come from
Prices and stock come from each shop's own public pages. We check them from time to time, and every list shows the date of our latest check. Our checker is polite and follows each shop's rules.
We don't hold any stock, and we have no inside line to Jellycat or to any shop. If a shop's page is wrong or out of date, our list can be too.
How results are ordered
- In stock first, then preorder, then out of stock.
- Inside each group, the lowest item price comes first.
- If two prices are the same, shops are listed A to Z by name.
- Nothing else changes the order, and no shop can pay to move up.
Money never changes the order.
The price is the item price the shop shows. Delivery isn't included, so see the shop's page for delivery costs.
If we can't tell whether something is in stock, we show it as out of stock until we've checked.
Prices and dates
Under each list of shops you'll see "Prices checked" and the date of our latest check for that page. Some rows may have been checked earlier. Shops change prices and sell out without telling anyone, so always check the shop's own page before you buy.
"Retired" labels and notify-me pages
Retired. A "Retired" label means the style is no longer in Jellycat's current range.
Notify me. Some styles have a "Notify me when available" page instead of a list of shops. That means no UK shop we check is listing it new right now. Some of these styles are marked "Retired". You can also leave your email on a style page where every shop we check shows it out of stock.
We can't promise if or when a style turns up, or at what price.
Photos
The toy photos on CuddleCollect are our own. They show what the style looks like, not the condition of any shop's item. Where we don't have a photo yet, you'll see the "Become CuddleFamous!" sign instead.
Become CuddleFamous! We'd love to see your Jellycat, and we invite you to send us a photo. A person looks at every photo before we decide whether to use it. Nothing is published automatically, and we can't promise that any photo will appear on the site. At the moment we aren't showing visitors' photos on the website.
We also ask for a photo of the toy's tag. It's only used to match your photo to the right toy, and it's never published.
Your photos are kept in our private form account and aren't public. Photos we don't use are deleted within 7 days of our decision. If we use your photo, it stays until you ask us to remove it. To ask, email hello@cuddlecollect.com. We'll hide the photo within 48 hours of your request and delete it within 7 days.
Forms on the site, and what they do today
Report a problem. Every shop row has a "Report a problem" link. Use it if a price, stock status or link looks wrong. Your report is sent to us. Reports never change the order of results, and we don't show report counts.
Seen it elsewhere? On style pages, "Seen it elsewhere, or want your stock listed?" lets you tell us about a UK shop we don't check yet, or ask for your own shop's stock to be listed. We read the tips we receive and update the site where we can confirm them.
Notify me. You can sign up for an alert now, on a notify-me page or on a style page where every shop we check shows it out of stock. We're collecting sign-ups now, but alert emails aren't being sent yet. We'll update this page when they start. Before any alert is sent, we'll email you asking you to confirm, and you'll only get alerts if you click the link in that email. Until then we keep your sign-up. If you change your mind before any emails start, email hello@cuddlecollect.com and we'll delete it.
Newsletter. You can sign up for the CuddleCollect newsletter now. Nothing is being sent yet. We'll email you when the first issue is ready. We keep your sign-up until the newsletter starts, then for as long as you stay subscribed. If you change your mind before then, email hello@cuddlecollect.com and we'll delete it.
